- Clients whose identification documents with LMS Remittance or SureMoney Remittance are incomplete for AML and KYC controls shall be disqualified from this raffle.
- Winners shall will be notified by our customer service representative and will be published in our website. Winners shall be required to appoint in writing to LMS Remittance or Suremoney Remittance their recipients/ beneficiary in the Philippines who shall receive their prizes.
- In the interest of expediency, the recipient/beneficiary based in the province shall only be allowed where their location is in a urban or courier deliverable area.
- Beneficiary of winners based in Metro Manila shall receive their prizes through delivery by our couriers.
- Beneficiary of winners based in the provinces winning the mini-karaoke package shall receive their prizes through freight forwarding. Shipping cost shall be shouldered by Swift Cash Inc.
- Winners based in the provinces winning the Noche Buena, Rice or Grocery package shall provide contact details of the the nearest/convenient stores where prizes may be sourced. Swift Cash Inc. in the Philippines shall coordinate with identified store for the release of the prizes to the winners.
- Prizes are transferable at the request of the winner but not convertible to cash.
- Winners can only be drawn once during the entire promotion period.
- Promo duration : November 1 to December 29, 2010
- Employees of SureMoney Remittance, LMS Remittance and Swift Cash Inc., and its agents, including their relatives up to the 3rd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
